Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative - English Speaker, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our users. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be part of a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle back office tickets, and provide 7*24H online enquiries and email replies services to customers

  • Handle customer enquiries, advice, and suggestions via email or online tools
  • Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation
  • Handle customer complaints, any special cases or ad hoc tasks
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

* College degree or above

  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry
  • Outstanding new graduates are also welcomed to apply
  • High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and team work spirit
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and exceed beyond expectation
  • Passionate for the customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts, including night shift

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry

  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
  • Experience with ticketing systems and live chat platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
