Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through live chat on business websites and social media platforms
  • Engaging with existing and potential new customers to address their inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with support and sales-related questions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience
  • Adhering to guidelines and instructions to maintain high-quality service standards

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Dependable internet connection and access to a device with social media and website chat functionality (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop)
  • Availability to work at least 10 hours per week

Contract Details

* Open-ended contract with no fixed term

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour
  • Opportunity to work flexible hours, with a minimum of 10 hours per week
