Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – Retail Strategic Health Analytics

Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with business partners to develop analytics strategies that address business priorities through predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or metric evaluation
• Owning and managing an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products
• Using robust data in algorithms and predictive models to recommend approaches, identify issues, discover patterns, and propose solutions
• Performing analyses of structured and unstructured data to resolve complex business problems using advanced statistical methods and mathematical analyses, as well as a deep understanding of the business and/or industry
• Developing and participating in presentations and consultations to communicate and discuss analytics results and solutions
• Utilizing robust programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms

Required Qualifications:

* 3+ years of relevant analytic experience

• Experience programming using R or Python
• Experience in SQL
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Data, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree or PhD preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical ideas and implications to business partners

• Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur
• Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to research large data sets from multiple data sources
• Demonstrates expertise in most areas of mathematical evaluation methods, system learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in some areas
