Job Summary

As a Virtual Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via live chat on our clients' websites. Your primary task will be to assist customers with a range of queries, from simple questions about product information to more complex issues that require a deeper understanding of our clients' services. You'll work independently, using your problem-solving skills and proactive approach to resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via live chat on our clients' websites

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize a comprehensive knowledge base and supervisory team to resolve complex queries
  • Work independently, using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

* Access to a reliable device (laptop, phone, or tablet) for accessing chat functions

  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to undergo training to master the required skills and knowledge
  • Available to work 20+ hours per week with a dependable internet connection
  • Flexible hours, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week based on your availability
  • Location: Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred)

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a virtual or remote environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to resolving customer concerns
  • Proficiency in using a range of software applications, including chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
