About the Role: As People Manager for our Clinical Team, you will lead and mentor a team of clinicians and RNs to ensure high-quality clinical care, monitor performance, and maintain regulatory compliance. This role requires balancing clinical expertise with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to achieve organizational goals and elevate team morale. What You'll Do: Serve as primary escalation point for clinician and RN team issues; provide performance feedback and implement corrective actions as needed Ensure adherence to internal policies, clinical practice quality and safety standards, and regulatory guidelines Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of clinical staff Support career development and retention through regular 1:1 check-ins and personalized coaching Manage PTO and clinician scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Operations team Develop and update policies related to clinical team personnel What You'll Bring: 5+ years of people management experience in healthcare, ideally in the telehealth space Experience as a practicing clinician (MD, DO, NP, PA, CNM). This position does not entail providing clinical care, so no active licenses required Deep understanding of clinical practices and relevant healthcare regulations Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated commitment to providing affirming, culturally competent care to LGBTQIA+ communities Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite applications Bachelor's degree required Salary: $75,000 annually We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other legally protected status.
