Our client is a profitable, self-funded B2C subscription SaaS company operating primarily in the US market. Founded in France, the company has evolved from a browser-based product into a high-scale mobile subscription business generating approximately $1M monthly revenue. The company operates with a lean, high-performance structure. The team is highly execution-focused, AI-driven, and deeply focused on monetization and unit economics. They are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to fully own and optimize monetization funnels, onboarding flows, paywalls, and subscription conversion mechanics across mobile and web products. The company is NOT looking for: Brand marketers B2B SaaS product marketers Content/lifecycle CRM specialists Agency-only profiles People managers disconnected from execution Strategy-only leaders Those looking for a stable 9-to-5 with a predictable routine They are specifically looking for someone who personally owns and improves: Funnels and quiz-based onboarding flows (quiz→paywall→subscription) Paywalls and subscription conversion Monetization mechanics and pricing hypotheses A/B testing processes ARPU and revenue-per-user metrics Main responsibilities Optimize onboarding funnels, quizzes, paywalls, and subscription flows Increase ARPU/RPU and improve monetization performance Launch and analyze A/B tests and experimentation initiatives Improve conversion, retention, and subscription metrics Collaborate with creatives, product, analytics, and founders Develop and test pricing, offers, and monetization hypotheses Analyze funnel performance and identify revenue growth opportunities Work closely with acquisition and billing teams to improve overall unit economics Ideal background Strong preference for candidates with experience in: B2C subscription SaaS Mobile subscription products and consumer apps High-scale consumer monetization environments Fast-paced, high-ownership product companies Must-have experience 5+ years of relevant experience Strong hands-on experience with: Mobile apps and subscription monetization Quiz-based funnels and paywalls Onboarding optimization A/B testing and experimentation ARPU / LTV / conversion optimization Data-driven product growth Active daily use of AI tools and agents — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have Full-time commitment, no side projects Tools / platforms: Amplitude, Firebase, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, or similar analytics stacks Web to Wave or similar funnel/paywall platforms — nice to have Interview process Pre-screen with the recruitment team Short call with the founder Second interview with the founder Interview with the business partner Paid one-day test task (real data, under NDA) Offer Compensation & Setup Remote Full-time, from ~9:00 AM your local time (flexible) B2B contract Competitive compensation discussed individually + strong performance-based bonus structure Eastern Europe preferred Start: ASAP Apply To This Job
