We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join our remote data entry team. As a key member of our online business customer care office, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through phone and email interactions. Key Responsibilities

As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Data entry and examination within different PC applications, including our online list (www.arenaflex.com)
• Information and exploration orders/solicitations
• Performing multiple tasks and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals
• Working independently with minimal supervision
• Possessing bilingual skills in Spanish and English (an asset)

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong PC skills, with experience in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent critical thinking abilities, with the ability to adjust quickly to change and maintain attention to detail
