About the Role

We're on a mission to transform the way hospitals and health systems engage with their patients, and we need a talented Customer Success Manager to own the customer journey for our small to mid-sized healthcare clients. As the primary point of contact, you'll guide healthcare organizations through onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth, ensuring they see real, measurable value with arenaflex. You'll work closely with our Sales, Implementation, and Product teams to drive product usage, upsell, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

As an SMB Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a high-volume portfolio of small- to mid-sized healthcare clients, serving as their main point of contact
  • Leading onboarding in partnership with the Implementation team, ensuring a smooth and timely go-live
  • Collaborating with Sales on handoffs to ensure customers are set up for success from day one
  • Driving adoption of arenaflex's tools by educating and enabling end users on best practices
  • Proactively monitoring account health and usage data to identify risks or growth opportunities
  • Owning renewals and support upsell conversations aligned with client goals and needs
  • Coordinating internally with Sales, Product, and Support to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Executing scaled CSM motions like training webinars, QBR templates, email nurture sequences, etc.
  • Gathering feedback and advocating for customer needs to influence product roadmap and support documentation

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise/Group Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience working with SMB clients in a high-volume, tech-enabled CSM environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows or healthcare tech
  • Strong communication skills to engage with everyone from office admins to clinical leadership
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot, etc) and Engineering tools (Jira)
  • Self-starter who thrives and adapts quickly in a startup setting
