Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Customer Accounts Lead to support a healthcare client through the design and deployment of Workday Financials. This role will focus on the Customer Accounts workstream and may expand to additional areas based on the contractor’s broader Workday skill set. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for leading the configuration, testing, and deployment of Customer Accounts functionality in Workday, while collaborating with client stakeholders to define and optimize invoicing, dunning, collections, and AR processes.

Responsibilities

Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of Customer Accounts functionality in Workday: Utilize your expertise in Workday Financials to configure, test, and deploy Customer Accounts functionality, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

  • Gather and translate healthcare-specific business requirements into scalable Workday solutions: Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to define and optimize invoicing, dunning, collections, and AR processes: Work closely with client stakeholders to define and optimize invoicing, dunning, collections, and AR processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Support data validation and migration activities: Collaborate with the data migration team to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer between systems, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Collaborate across related Financials areas such as Procurement and Revenue: Work closely with colleagues in related Financials areas to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of Workday Financials capabilities.
  • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to client teams: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Workday Financials configurations, processes, and best practices, ensuring that client teams have the necessary knowledge and resources to maintain and optimize their systems.

Required Skills and Experience

Active Workday Contracts to Cash certification: Possess a valid Workday Contracts to Cash certification, demonstrating expertise in Workday Financials and a strong understanding of core AR processes.

  • Demonstrated experience leading Customer Accounts implementations or support efforts: Proven track record of leading Customer Accounts implementations or support efforts, with a strong understanding of Workday Financials and its applications.
  • Strong understanding of core AR processes within Workday: Possess a deep understanding of core AR processes within Workday, including invoicing, dunning, collections, and AR processes.
  • Prior experience working with healthcare clients preferred: Experience working with healthcare clients is highly desirable, as it demonstrates a strong understanding of the industry's unique challenges and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Broader Workday Financials experience is a plus and may lead to expanded responsibilities: Possess a strong understanding of Workday Financials and its applications, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Job Types

Full-time, Contract: This role is a full-time contract position, with a duration of up to 40 hours per week based on skills and project needs.

Pay

$37.70 - $45.41 per hour: This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $37.70 - $45.41 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

8 hour shift: This role requires an 8 hour shift, with flexibility to accommodate project needs and client requirements.

Work Location

Remote: This role is remote, with the ability to work from anywhere in the US.

Certification Required

Workday Contracts to Cash certification: Possess a valid Workday Contracts to Cash certification, demonstrating expertise in Workday Financials and a strong understanding of core AR processes.
