Key Responsibilities:

As a Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to patient inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in both Tagalog and English
  • Providing accurate and timely information about our healthcare services, policies, and procedures

Essential Qualifications:
