Growth Marketer - SAAS - Paid Ads and CRO - Google Meta Ads

We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own the revenue-focused side of our marketing engine. This role is focused on paid acquisition, landing pages, CRO, funnel analytics, and growth experiments. We are looking for someone who can personally execute, not just manage agencies or create strategy decks. What You’ll Own You will be responsible for driving measurable growth across: - Google Ads - Paid social: Meta, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels - Landing page and product page conversion - CRO tests across the website and signup funnel - Growth experiments to improve signups, activation, and revenue - Marketing analytics, attribution, and performance reporting - Sales/CS enablement support where it improves conversion Key Responsibilities - Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across key acquisition channels - Write and test ad copy, landing page copy, and conversion-focused messaging - Improve campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, and tracking - Work with design, product, and engineering to ship landing pages and CRO tests - Track CAC, ROAS, payback, signup conversion, trial-to-paid, and revenue contribution - Identify funnel drop-offs and turn insights into practical growth experiments - Support product launches, pricing tests, comparison pages, and other conversion-focused initiatives This Role Is Not For Someone Who Only Wants To - Manage agencies - Create strategy decks without executing - Report on performance without improving it - Wait for others to decide what to test next This role is also not responsible for brand, content, community, conferences, influencer marketing, or social media management. Ideal Experience - 4–8+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or paid acquisition - Hands-on Google Ads experience - Hands-on paid social experience - Strong understanding of SaaS funnels, CRO, CAC, ROAS, payback, and attribution - Experience in B2B SaaS, PLG SaaS, prosumer SaaS, or digital subscription businesses - Comfortable working with designers, developers, product, content, and customer success teams - Strong bias toward testing, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement - Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Webflow, or similar tools Role Details - Full-time - Remote - 40 hours/week - Long-term role for the right person - Compensation based on experience Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
