Responsibilities

- Lead clients through systems selection processes, identifying the right solutions to align with their business needs.
- Support the planning and execution of technology implementations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and user requirements.
- Participate in all phases of project life cycles, including planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management, and resource allocation.
- Present recommendations and findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives and stakeholders.
- Partner with Pariveda and client leadership to drive initiatives forward and achieve project success.
- Actively engage in our culture of continuous learning, community service, social gatherings, and personal and professional development.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional consulting, client-facing, or other relevant industry experience.
- Experience with technical leadership such as coaching others and/or leading pieces of projects (estimating/assigning tasks, putting together timelines, requirements gathering, design, etc.).
- A strong understanding of technology-related projects, including systems selection, implementation processes, and IT delivery methods.
- Ability to engage in technical conversations and bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Skilled problem solvers with the desire and ability to create and implement innovative solutions.
- Adaptable professionals capable of managing multiple responsibilities and adjusting to varied environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
