Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Late Night Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work late nights (10pm-6am) on a part-time schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with ticketing systems and helpdesk software
  • Fluency in multiple languages
