About the Role

As a Customer Care Executive at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure their complete satisfaction. Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, helping them make informed decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and issue resolution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher

Required Skills

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and issues
  • Ability to adapt to various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
