Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Benefits Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding service to existing and prospective clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and provide seamless support.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the benefits or insurance industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
