Job Description:

Own the end-to-end IA reporting needs, including data infrastructure at times, and reporting to uncover opportunities and drive performance improvement utilizing tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake.
Develop strategies that improve key business outcomes.
Partner with key stakeholders such as Data, Product, Tech and Business to create reporting that helps drive the business forward.
Maintains business metrics reporting, stratified by various dimensions to provide visibility and decision-making to senior leadership.

Requirements:

Strong skills/experience in data analysis, storytelling, and visualization using Power BI or other tools to influence business decisions and inform on strategic recommendations to Senior Leadership.
Experienced (Proficient) in SQL and Snowflake and (Extract, Transform, Load), ETL processes to access and structure large datasets for reporting and analysis.
Skilled in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while working effectively with cross functional teams.
3-5 years of experience in insurance operations management and/or proven ability to lead-business focused initiatives from strategy through execution, including coordination of timelines and stakeholder alignment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
