About Parexel Parexel is a leading global Clinical Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biopharmaceutical companies to advance drug development and bring life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. We design and execute clinical trials across all phases, providing comprehensive services from study design through regulatory compliance and project delivery. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Project Leadership with demonstrated Biopharmaceutical and CRO experience to drive operational excellence across a dynamic portfolio of studies. This strategic role combines hands-on project oversight, ensuring we deliver for our customers, maintain the highest quality standards, and execute with excellence. Within our high-performing culture you will ensure we deliver exceptional clinical service and serve as a strategic advisor in delivering service to clients. Key Accountabilities Lead project delivery and hold teams accountable to milestones and deliverables Own profitability, margin expansion, and cash flow targets across your portfolio Drive operational data compliance, analytics, and process improvements Participate in risk and quality governance across the portfolio Build cross-functional partnerships and foster direct, purposeful communication Develop talent, manage performance, lead by example Lead or support department and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives Manage account-level oversight and P&L responsibility as applicable

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 15+ years of project leadership experience in BioPharma or CRO Proven track record leading high-performing teams in a global, matrix environment Experience managing complex clinical trial portfolios across multiple phases Strong business and financial acumen Skills & Competencies: Exceptional communication and executive-level influence skills Superior problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making abilities Ability to demonstrate value creation in a global matrix environment Solution-oriented mindset with proven ability to deliver on client commitments Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (science/medical field preferred) Advanced degree desirable EEO Disclaimer Parexel is an equal opportunity employer.
