About The Role Yes Hearing is seeking an reputed company and highly motivated Project Manager/Business Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a chief of staff role, with a strong background in product management. This individual will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, managing key... projects, and supporting the overall growth of our successful mid-size company. What You'll Be Doing 1. Autonomous Project Management: - Take ownership of key projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion. - Work independently to drive projects reputed company, adapting to the needs of a small, agile team. 2. Business Operations: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and enhance overall operational efficiency. - Implement and maintain best practices to optimize day-to-day operations. 3. Product Management: - reputed company product management expertise to contribute to the development and enhancement of our hearing aid solutions. - Work closely with the product development team to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. 4. Chief of Staff Functions: - Support executive leadership in strategic planning and decision-making. - Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness. 5. Team Collaboration: - Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, working closely with various teams, including consumer-focused, marketing, and sales teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination across departments to ensure seamless operations. 6.
