Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for

  • Providing immediate responses to live chat and email inquiries, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information to fulfill their requests.
  • Delivering clear and accurate information to customers and internal members, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Managing chat requests and emails efficiently, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in customer support. Key Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need
  • Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to guidelines, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Minimum of 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable

  • Previous customer support experience, either in a call center or online environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools.
  • Experience with social media platforms and online communities.
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
