FutbolConnect is building a global platform where every futbol/soccer player (male or and female, 13+, recreational and competitive) can showcase their talent and be discovered. Sport’s recruiting hasn’t changed in 50+ years. We’re using mobile tech + AI to give visibility to over 500M underserved players worldwide, targeting a $12B market growing fast, especially in the women’s game (138% vs. 16% for men). We operate under a strict "Thin Client" philosophy, the Backend is the only source of truth. We need a developer who values architectural boundaries and deterministic logic. Core Requirements Mobile: Expert-level Flutter + BLoC. Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL), Edge Functions, and Hono. Logic: Proficiency with Zod for schema validation and type safety. Async/Scaling: Redis (Upstash) and BullMQ/Railway for background processing. AI Leveraging: Ability to move fast with AI-assisted development but not more than 50% reliability Technical Nice-to-Haves AI/ML: Google Cloud Run (GPU autoscaling & Inference). Media: Mux (Video CDN) and Cloudflare Images. Web: Next.js + TypeScript for discovery dashboards. Engineering Doctrine Workflow: High-autonomy Linear self-assignment model. Governance: GitFlow with mandatory PRs; local pre-push build validation. Goal: Zero structural rewrites while scaling to 500k users in 18 months. What you get:
