Position Overview RecruitGo is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our reach in the Australian market. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and setting up high-value meetings with business decision makers. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our IT services, managed solutions, and cybersecurity offerings.
Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Call, email, and connect with Australian businesses via LinkedIn. Lead Qualification: Research companies, confirm fit, and uncover IT challenges or growth opportunities. Appointment Setting: Book qualified discovery meetings for the Managing Director and ensure attendance. CRM Management: Keep HubSpot CRM updated with accurate notes and prospect status. Reporting: Share daily activity summaries, attend weekly sales meetings, and provide market feedback. *KPIs: Daily: 20–30 calls, 20 LinkedIn outreach activities, 10 personalized emails, CRM updates. Monthly: 8–12 qualified meetings booked, 100+ prospects added to CRM, consistent pipeline growth.
Qualifications
Experience working with Australian clients. Previous B2B appointment setting, SDR, telemarketing, or sales experience. Excellent spoken and written English. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers. Experience using CRM systems. Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup. Self-motivated and organized.
Nice-to-Have
Skills Familiarity with HubSpot CRM. Background in IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, telecommunications, SaaS, or professional services. LinkedIn prospecting experience. Why RecruitGo?
