Hi there, Hope you are doing well, Please go through the job description if you are interested, Job Role : Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management Consultant Succession Planning & Dynamic Skills Location : Remote Hire Type : Contract Total Experience : 10+ Years Acceptable Tax-Terms : W2 Job description/ Responsibilities : We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Succession Planning and Oracle Dynamic Skills. The ideal candidate will have 2 3 end-to-end Oracle Talent Management implementation experience and will play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering skills driven talent solutions aligned with business strategy and Oracle best practices. Key Responsibilities : Lead and support end-to-end implementation of: o Oracle Cloud HCM Succession Planning o Oracle Dynamic Skills Conduct requirements gathering and Cloud Map workshops with HR and Talent stakeholders Perform gap-fit analysis, solution design, and functional documentation Configure Succession Planning features including: o Incumbent based, Job based, and Position based Succession Plans o Talent Pools, Talent Ratings, Readiness, Risk of Loss, and Impact Design and implement Dynamic Skills, including: o Enterprise skills taxonomy and skills library o Skills Advisor and Skill Center (Employee & Manager) o Skill mapping to Job Profiles and Talent Profiles Support configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data setup, and production cutover Partner with technical, reporting, and security teams to ensure end to end solution delivery Support client demos, training, and post go live stabilization Top Skill(s) : 1. 2 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management implementations (mandatory) 2. Hands-on experience with Succession Planning and Oracle Dynamic Skills 3. Strong workshop facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills 4.
