About the position HireHawk is seeking an Ecommerce Manager for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer haircare brand. This role is responsible for driving conversion and on-site performance across key platforms, including Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. The ideal candidate will own the execution and iteration of CRO on the Shopify storefront, manage and optimize product pages, run email campaigns, and ensure the smooth operation of the ecommerce engine. Responsibilities

  • Own conversion rate optimization across the Shopify storefront, including PDPs, collection pages, checkout flow, and homepage.
  • Run A/B tests and on-site experiments, manage tooling, and interpret results.
  • Manage the Shopify app ecosystem, including upsell/cross-sell, reviews, subscriptions, bundles, and site speed tools.
  • Maintain integrations and troubleshoot issues across apps, pixels, and data layers.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to brief and deploy updated imagery, copy, and UGC across PDPs.
  • Optimize PDPs on TikTok Shop, including titles, bullets, imagery, A+ content, and category/attribute setup.
  • Monitor TikTok Shop storefront performance and flag issues to the broader team.
  • Coordinate with the content and affiliate team to ensure product pages support creator traffic.
  • Stay current on TikTok Shop feature releases and surface relevant updates.
  • Assist with Amazon listing optimization, including titles, bullets, A+ content, backend keywords, and imagery.
  • Implement updates and maintain listing health alongside internal stakeholders and agency contacts.
  • Flag suppressed listings, content issues, or policy flags and coordinate resolution.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end: build, QA, schedule, and deploy in Klaviyo.
  • Partner with the Director of Growth and retention agency on flow strategy, focusing on hands-on implementation.
  • Manage segmentation logic, list hygiene, and send cadence.
  • Pull post-send reporting and surface performance insights.
  • Own the review platform, ensuring review collection, moderation, and syndication are running smoothly.
  • Leverage AI tools for copywriting, content optimization, and productivity.
  • Maintain clean documentation across SOPs, app settings, and platform configurations.
  • Support new channel or integration launches as the business scales.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years in a DTC ecommerce role.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Shopify.
  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience: built campaigns, managed flows, and pulled reporting.
  • Experience working on TikTok Shop.
  • Basic Amazon Seller Central familiarity (listing updates, A+ content, suppression troubleshooting).
  • Comfortable with the Shopify app ecosystem.
  • CRO mindset: understanding of the customer journey.
  • Detail-oriented and execution-focused.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.).
  • Strong communicator capable of cross-functional collaboration with creative, growth, and external partners.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience at a beauty, wellness, or CPG DTC brand.
  • Familiarity with affiliate or influencer-adjacent ecommerce (TikTok Shop affiliates, LTK, etc.).
  • Basic HTML/CSS for email template edits.
  • Experience with tools like Elevar, Triple Whale, or similar attribution/analytics platforms.
  • Comfort pulling and interpreting data in Google Sheets or Looker.
