  • Adhere to scheduled shifts, including 2nd‑shift opportunities, and maintain punctuality and attendance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Computer Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to operate Windows or macOS environments, navigate web browsers, and use productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Customer Service Excellence: Proven track record of delivering courteous, solution‑focused assistance in a fast‑moving environment.
  • High‑Speed Internet: Minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed; a recent speed test screenshot is required.

  • Reliability: Ability to attend the local arenaflex branch for equipment pickup and occasional in‑person meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a virtual call‑center or remote customer support role.

Compensation & Benefits
