Role Overview – Customer Experience Representative

As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice and face of our brand, delivering first‑class service in a fast‑paced call‑center environment. You will act as a trusted advisor, product guru, billing specialist, and sales advocate—all in one. Your primary mission is to ensure that every customer interaction is smooth, positive, and solution‑oriented, helping our clients navigate the digital world with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls regarding service installations, disconnections, modifications, and inquiries about arenaflex products and services.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and proactively recommend relevant arenaflex solutions that enhance their experience.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to customers with past‑due payments, offering assistance and flexible resolution options.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes related to service quality, billing accuracy, rate adjustments, and policy interpretations.
  • Verify and correct service orders to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as technical support, sales, and finance to deliver seamless resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of each interaction in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and future reference.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts, to meet business demands.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback, suggesting process enhancements, and participating in training initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated dedication to delivering exceptional customer service with a consistently positive, professional demeanor.
