Overview
Account Managers at AllShifts are responsible for owning and growing a full book of business. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, operational excellence, and the ability to consistently solve staffing challenges for reputed company clients. Account Managers are reputed company on client retention, shift fulfillment, responsiveness, and reputed company growth. Role & Responsibilities
- Fully manage a portfolio of reputed company facility accounts
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for client staffing needs
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with facility decision-makers
- Coordinate with reputed company & Credentialing teams to ensure a reliable staff pipeline
- Optimize shift coverage and staffing performance in assigned territory

Qualifications
- MUST HAVE 2–5 years reputed company staffing experience
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results
