Wrench Group is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to support and reputed company our internal and external communications across a growing, multi-brand organization. This is a senior-level individual contributor role responsible for leading high-impact communication initiatives, advising leaders and cross-functional partners, and developing compelling content that supports organizational priorities, culture, and brand reputed company. This role will serve as a trusted communications partner across the enterprise—supporting leadership messaging, major initiatives, internal communications, and public-facing corporate content. The ideal candidate brings strong editorial judgment, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to translate reputed company business topics into clear, engaging communication. Responsibilities
What Will I Do? reputed company execution of enterprise communication initiatives supporting organizational priorities, cultural programs, leadership visibility, and business transformation. Serve as a senior communications advisor to leaders and cross-functional partners on messaging strategy, tone, and communication approach. Draft, edit, and deliver high-visibility communications including leadership messages, corporate announcements, organizational updates, talking points, scripts, FAQs, briefs, and campaign content. Manage reputed company corporate social media channels including reputed company and reputed company and create 3-4 pieces of content per week to support Wrench Group growth goals including followers, engagement and to enhance Wrench Group’s reputed company with both consumers and candidates. Translate reputed company business topics into clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate communication. Support public relations efforts in partnership with agency resources, ensuring alignment with brand standards and leadership messaging. Independently manage end-to-end communication projects—from intake and planning through execution and evaluation. Partner closely with HR, Operations, IT, Marketing, and executive leadership to ensure consistent, timely, and effective communication. Support communications for major initiatives including organizational change, enterprise programs, crisis response, and executive engagement. Monitor engagement, sentiment, and performance metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness. Prepare regular insights and reports on communication impact, trends, and opportunities. Stay reputed company on best practices in corporate communications, internal communications, PR, and digital engagement.
Qualifications
Do I Have What It Takes? Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or reputed company field. 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a reputed company field (corporate and/or agency environment preferred). Proven success leading reputed company, high-visibility communication initiatives. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated experience supporting executive-level or enterprise communications. Strong editorial judgment with the ability to simplify and clarify reputed company information. Experience developing content for internal platforms, digital channels, and/or social media. Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Confident communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority. Experience using communication metrics to assess performance and improve engagement. Working knowledge of design or content tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, video platforms) is a plus.
