- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for success
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Proficient computer skills with a willingness to learn new platforms
- Openness to obtaining an insurance license (if not currently possessed)
