[Remote] Sales Representative, Inbound Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to join their Inside Sales Representative team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders to convert leads into policyholders.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Skillfully picking up the phone and using sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident Liberty Mutual policyholders
- Representing the Liberty brand and connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs
- Adapting well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of policyholders
- Caring that customers get exactly the quality products and services they need
Skills
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred
