[Remote] Business Operations Manager

They are seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead financial modeling, business strategy, and analytics, serving as a strategic partner to leadership to drive growth and decision-making at scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain financial models to forecast financial impact of new strategies, opportunities, and risks and measure actual performance against forecasts
- Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities, performance risks, and capital allocation tradeoffs
- Build and evolve analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting that create durable visibility into performance
- Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to ambiguous business challenges from hypothesis through execution and monitoring
- Navigate and manipulate data across systems, leveraging SQL familiarity, R/Python, and AI-enabled workflows to extract insights
- Translate complex financial and analytical outputs into clear, executive-ready recommendations
- Independently lead initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, Business Operations, or analytics
- Strong financial modeling skills and sharp business judgment
- Comfort navigating data and extracting insights; Expertise with SQL, with R and/or Python knowledge preferred
- Experience building models and reporting infrastructure that support strategic decision-making
- High Excel proficiency and executive presentation development
- Exceptional thought partnership skills, able to own direct relationships with stakeholders and build credibility through clarity and judgment
- Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Expertise with SQL, with R and/or Python knowledge preferred
