[Remote] Manager, Enterprise Account Executives

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aspire is the leading SaaS provider for commercial landscaping and janitorial businesses, now a part of ServiceTitan. They are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives and drive sales growth by developing a high-performance culture and managing enterprise client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Develop a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture with strong rigor around pipeline creation, prospecting, qualification, and closed business
  • Reinforce and elevate a culture rooted in quota achievement, customer-centricity, and strong cross-departmental collaboration
  • Provide ongoing training to elevate product knowledge, objection handling, territory management, and consultative selling skills
  • Manage forecasting, territory planning, and growth targets while ensuring high-quality CRM hygiene and sales process compliance
  • Ensure all prospect interactions and meetings are accurately and consistently recorded in our CRM
  • Support reps in high-value enterprise opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale
  • Occasionally, attend an industry-specific tradeshows to generate leads
  • Travel may be needed
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and related prospect information in our CRM

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or ERP sales experience, including at least 2+ years in sales leadership (team lead, manager, or similar)
  • Possess a solid understanding of sales automation tools to build pipelines at scale is highly important
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in SAAS or ERP sales is highly preferred
  • Experience in the landscaping, or trades, industry is highly preferred
