[Remote] Assistant Manager, Financial Operations

The Assistant Manager, Financial Operations will support financial operations, integrate automated reporting, and contribute to project feasibility evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day financial operations including accounts reconciliation, billing, and transaction processing
- Partner with Product and Data teams to integrate automated financial reporting within UnlockLand’s analytics environment
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly management reports, variance analysis, and revenue forecasts
- Collaborate with the Real Estate Intelligence team to evaluate project feasibility and ROI scenarios
- Contribute to investor relations materials and financial dashboards
- Optimize internal financial systems and ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies
- Drive process improvements using AI and automation tools to streamline accounting workflows
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/CFA in progress a plus)
- 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or operations (ideally within real estate, tech, or SaaS)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools or SQL is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable with dynamic, data-driven environments
- Passionate about how AI and automation can redefine financial and investment workflows
