[Remote] Managing Director – Data & Analytics / Finance Transformation

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Neos Talent is a high-growth consulting firm seeking a Managing Director for their Data & Analytics/Finance Transformation practice. This senior leadership role involves working with CFOs and other stakeholders to enhance decision-making through data utilization, process automation, and scalable reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading client engagements across data analytics, automation, dashboarding and finance transformation
• Translating complex finance/accounting data into clear business insight
• Designing and delivering solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Power Automate, Snowflake or Databricks
• Working closely with finance, accounting, FP&A and operational stakeholders
• Scoping projects, managing budgets and overseeing delivery teams
• Developing client relationships and supporting business development
• Mentoring and developing junior team members

Skills

• Senior consulting experience at Director, Senior Director, Managing Director or Partner level
• A strong background in finance transformation, CFO advisory, accounting advisory, FP&A transformation or business transformation
• Hands-on credibility with data, analytics, automation or BI tools
• Experience leading client-facing engagements
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical finance stakeholders
• Commercial confidence, including proposal development, relationship building or revenue generation
• CPA / accounting / finance background would be highly beneficial, but not essential
