Medical Insurance Credentialing Specialist Full-Time
Job description Be part of a growing national practice management and billing company! We are Independent Practice Partners, a company specializing in starting medical ophthalmology practices across the nation. We are looking to grow out management team! This position is for a remote (work from home) position We are looking for a full time medical credentialing specialist to complete the following tasks:
- Complete and process credentialing applications with reputed company and government payers
- Negotiate and fully execute provider reputed company
- Help reputed company internal credentialing processes across multiple states
- Monitor license and medical credential expiration dates
- Ensure the provider and staff are following insurance billing guidelines
- 2 years experience with medical insurance credentialing is required
- Assist with other administrative duties
Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Experience:
- medical insurance credentialing: 1 year (Preferred)
- insurance contracting: 1 year (Preferred)
