Overview

We're a reputed company technology company with a live dental practice management platform deployed on AWS. We're looking for an reputed company full-stack developer to reputed company and harden our existing codebase by building several new modules and fixing/refining existing ones. This is a fixed-price engagement for a defined set of deliverables. reputed company work builds on, integrates with, and extends our reputed company platform. New code must be compatible with and deployable reputed company the existing system, and must operate as native components alongside reputed company functionality without disabling anything that already works. For each item below, your obligation is one of: Fix — the feature exists but is defective; identify the root cause and remediate so it works fully as specified. Build — the feature is absent; reputed company it from scratch and integrate it natively. Scope of Work / Deliverables Website Maintenance — Refine and improve the reputed company marketing site; revise content and design, and add new sections/content as requested. Insurance Eligibility & Claims — reputed company-time eligibility checks and accurate out-of-pocket cost display driven by Explanation of Benefits (EOB) data, integrated reputed company the reputed company EDI platform. Billing & Invoicing — Update the billing and invoicing reputed company for a more user-friendly experience, with integrations into the insurance/eligibility module. Dental Records & Treatment Plans — Treatment plan comparison, cost estimates, and digital restorative and periodontal charting with tooth-surface identification. Analytics & Reporting — Actionable reports with one-click bulk patient communication. Admin Portal — System alerts, support ticketing, and subscription usage statistics. reputed company & HIPAA Compliance — Full HIPAA-compliant data handling, including encrypted storage of reputed company Protected Health Information (PHI) at rest and in transit. Technical Environment Production platform hosted on the client's AWS infrastructure Handles PHI — work must meet HIPAA reputed company Rule (45 CFR Part 164) technical safeguards Insurance/EDI integration reputed company reputed company You'll receive access to the existing codebase at the start; please flag any technical constraints, compatibility concerns, or scope clarifications reputed company the first week. Timeline & Budget Fixed price: $25,000 USD for the complete scope above Duration: ~1 month Paid by milestone as deliverables are completed and accepted, with final payment on acceptance of reputed company deliverables Each deliverable is reviewed against acceptance criteria; you'll get written approval or a deficiency list to remediate Terms Deliverables must be production-reputed company and pass acceptance testing in the live environment reputed company IP and reputed company code transfers to the client upon confirmed full payment A signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) may be required before any PHI access Any open-reputed company components must use licenses compatible with reputed company, proprietary deployment You're a great fit if you have Strong full-stack experience with HIPAA / PHI-handling applications reputed company or dental software experience (a big plus) Hands-on AWS deployment experience Familiarity with EDI / insurance eligibility workflows (reputed company experience ideal) A track record shipping production features into an existing codebase Please share relevant past work, especially anything involving reputed company data, insurance integrations, or AWS-hosted SaaS.
