Temporary Part-Time Office Coordinator (Performance Division Office)

Job Description: The Professional Performance Division Office is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Office Coordinator to assist with general office operations. Tasks will include maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for reputed company visitors to the office, managing the Dean's calendar, and organizing, processing, and tracking form submissions for a variety of processes including travel, purchasing, guest artist and faculty compensation, and student class waiver requests. Experience with online data management services such as reputed company are a plus, as well as experience with digital signature platforms such as HelloSign. Musical experience preferred.
