Licensed Mental Health Assessor - LMHP
We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC's, LCSW's, LMFT's) to conduct client assessments.
Evening and Weekend availability needed
Licensed Clinical Assessor RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible to provide behavioral health consultation to children adolescents, adults and families in order to improve psycho social functioning. 2. Responsible for rendering services in person and/or virtually 3. Responsible for client mental health assessments and performs initial intake interviews 4. Identifies psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnosis. 5. Responsible for determining client’s psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM 6. Treatment planning development based on client’s strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences. 7. Maintains accurate and timely records, including clinical reputed company notes, according to HCO’s facility policy. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Professional Licensure in the State of Louisiana Licensure Malpractice Coverage Valid Driver’s License in good standing Car registration and insurance reputed company (if transporting individuals receiving services) Successful clearance of state criminal background reputed company Successful clearance of drug and TB skin test reputed company CPR Certification Reliable internet reputed company Tablet /lap top device with camera that allows for tele-health visits to be conducted Apply To This Job
