The Opportunity: As our Senior Technical Operations Specialist, you are the guardian of the dealer experience. Guided by customer obsession, you serve as the ultimate triage gateway for Dealer Support—owning the resolution of technical and site bugs, reputed company operations issues, and critical strategic product requests (including feature requests, reputed company code exclusions, radius changes, VLA removals, and Transfer Fee Matrix updates).
