Project Coordinator, eCOA

In this pivotal role, you’ll support the seamless execution of eCOA projects by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication across teams. Study documentation development. Equipment distribution/tracking. Report creation/distribution. Archival of study documentation. Coordinate Project Assurance meetings and assist with compiling meeting minutes and action items. Assistance with documentation/database updates due to scope changes. Follow-up reputed company to invoice reconciliations. Preparation of reports in support of study forecasting activities. Facilitate issue management by documenting and tracking reputed company to ensure timely resolution to customer escalations. Ensure compliance with timely training completion/documentation. Respond to customer inquiries and participate in customer calls/meeting upon Project Manager’s request. Take the reputed company in managing various aspects of a project as requested. Other reputed company projects and tasks as assigned. reputed company Look For Bachelor Degree preferred. At least 1-3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field (or reputed company industry experience). Flexible for US shift 05 PM to 02 AM Knowledge of the drug development process. Good organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English.
