[Remote] Service Now Developer (ONLY W2)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KTek Resourcing is seeking a Service Now Developer to work on the reputed company platform. The role involves gathering business requirements, designing custom applications, and developing integrations while adhering to best practices and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the reputed company platform
- Design and reputed company custom applications, custom rules, and platform customizations
- Configure and reputed company Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs
- Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer, including Flow Actions and Subflows
- reputed company and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
- Work on new module implementations and enhancements (ITSM and other reputed company modules as required)
- Ensure adherence to reputed company best practices, coding standards, and platform performance guidelines
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization
- Collaborate closely with architects, functional consultants, and stakeholders
Skills
- CAD certification is mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience as a reputed company Developer
- Solid experience in reputed company scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Proven experience with Business Rules, customizations, and custom development
- Strong expertise in Flow Designer, Flow Actions, and automation
- Experience working on integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)
- Experience implementing or enhancing reputed company modules (ITSM preferred)
- Good understanding of reputed company data model, reputed company, and performance considerations
