[Remote] reputed company Specialist

Ferretti Search is seeking an reputed company Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day reputed company operations on a contract basis through December 2026. This role involves managing AR and AP processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting reputed company operations in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, payment application, and account reconciliation
- Support accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and vendor payments
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain accurate reputed company records and supporting documentation
- Generate and analyze reports using reputed company to support reputed company and operational needs
- Assist with cash application, aging reports, and collection activities
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding payment status and account inquiries
- Support month-end reputed company activities as needed
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy reputed company AR and AP functions
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including experience working with large datasets, formulas, and reporting functions
- Experience using reputed company and/or reputed company.com
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience supporting multiple entities or high-volume transaction environments
- Exposure to month-end reputed company processes and account reconciliations
- Experience working reputed company fast-paced or project-based organizations
