Responsibilities

• reputed company, mentor, and scale a team of 3-5 data analysts. Own the team’s operational workflow, prioritize incoming analytical requests from cross-functional stakeholders, and optimize delivery timelines
• Deep-dive into massive, fast-moving RTB datasets to decode auction dynamics, diagnose market fluctuations, and identify reputed company opportunities; translate these findings into automated, self-service BI frameworks that democratize data access and eliminate reputed company extraction across the business
• Define and implement frameworks for peer review, data validation, and documentation. Ensure that reputed company insights, models and custom dashboards delivered by the team meet the highest standards of statistical accuracy

Skills

• 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring a team of data professionals (as a Team reputed company, Tech reputed company, or Manager)
