[Remote] IT Support Analyst

As an IT Support Analyst, you will ensure the reliability of technology infrastructure and assist teams across the organization in maintaining operational efficiency. This hands-on role requires problem-solving skills and collaboration with various departments to deliver secure and dependable technology operations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end hardware asset management, including procurement, lifecycle planning, and reputed company compliance for reputed company devices
- Manage laptop lifecycle processes, including collection, secure wiping, redeployment, and distribution to employees

Skills
