[Remote] Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering to explore and define customer problems through research, data, and direct engagement
• Conduct user interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and concept validation to uncover insights and guide reputed company
• Translate research findings into actionable design opportunities and hypotheses
• Design elegant, accessible, and scalable solutions using wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Apply systems thinking to ensure consistency and scalability across reputed company’s design system
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and well-executed in production
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, balancing user needs, business outcomes, and technical realities

Skills

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products, preferably in SaaS or reputed company settings
