[Remote] Technical Product Manager

They are seeking a Technical Product Manager who will collaborate with the VP of Product to shape product strategy and ensure the delivery of high-quality product capabilities while advocating for user experience and managing the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Product to define and refine product reputed company, roadmap, and strategic priorities
- Translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable product initiatives
- Balance innovation, scalability, and operational excellence in roadmap planning
- Define clear product outcomes and measurable reputed company metrics (KPIs, adoption, engagement, performance, reputed company impact)
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through release and iteration
- Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing new feature development, client-driven enhancements, and technical debt
- Partner closely with engineering teams to clarify scope, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery
- Participate actively in sprint planning, grooming sessions, stand-reputed company, and retrospectives
- Participate in release testing, QA validation, and post-release monitoring to ensure product quality
- Support release management for updates, enhancements, and new feature rollouts
- Champion reputed company, efficient, and scalable user experiences across the platform
- Collaborate with design and engineering to refine workflows and reduce friction

Skills
- Must have a completed Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong background in integrations and APIs
- Proven experience managing product backlogs and agile development processes
- Experience defining and tracking product KPIs and reputed company metrics
- Be reputed company to travel up to 10% of the year
- Experience in recruitment technology, HR tech, ATS, CRM, or reputed company platforms strongly preferred
- Experience working on products built with React and Ruby preferred
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled features or automation initiatives preferred
