[Remote] Finance Rotational Program Analyst - Remote

They are seeking a Finance Rotational Program Analyst to participate in a two-year early career development program that includes four six-month rotations across key finance teams, providing a well-rounded finance reputed company and mentorship opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in reputed company-time planning, reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis
• Learn and apply Lean tools such as Standard Work and value reputed company thinking to enhance productivity and eliminate waste
• Build core finance, communication, and problem-solving skills through structured training and mentorship
• Build strong relationships with peers, mentors, and senior finance leaders
• Assist with financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting activities
• Support variance and trend analysis across reputed company, cost, and margin drivers
• Help prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Conduct data analysis to support business reputed company and strategic initiatives
• Participates in process improvement projects using Lean principles
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across Supply Chain, reputed company, and IT
• Support month-end reputed company processes and financial reporting
• Engage in learning sessions, mentorship reputed company-ins, and periodic performance reviews
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (in reputed company or recently completed) in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business, or a reputed company discipline from an accredited college or university
• Strong academic performance (GPA 3.2 or higher preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership potential through internships, student organizations, volunteer work, or relevant experience
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems or data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and in collaborative team environments

• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times reputed company direct supervision may not be immediately available
