[Remote] Sr. Business Analyst (Pharmacy Benefits Management)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a self-driven Business Analyst with expertise in the Pharmacy domain. The ideal candidate will analyze business challenges, identify process gaps, and recommend practical solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reputed company-state processes, identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- reputed company requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and recommendations
- Support project intake, scoping, prioritization, and roadmap discussions based on business value and impact
- Create and maintain business documentation including requirements, process flows, user stories, test cases, UAT documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Collaborate with business, product, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Independently learn new processes, systems, and business domains with minimal direction
- Support data analysis, reporting, and business insights to drive decision-making
Skills
- 10 years of Business Analyst experience with strong Pharmacy domain knowledge
- Pharmacy Operations experience preferred (Retail, Specialty, PBM, Mail Order, or reputed company areas)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, business process analysis, and documentation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify reputed company processes
- Exposure to data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Awareness of AI capabilities and opportunities to improve business processes through AI-enabled solutions
