As an Account Executive, you will engage with inbound leads, communicate product benefits, convert leads into sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Warm reputed company Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with hot leads through a combination of texts, calls, and emails to understand their needs and effectively present product solutions
  • Product Knowledge: reputed company an in-depth understanding of our MAD devices, their features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate their value proposition
  • Sales Conversion: Employ persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs

  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track reputed company interactions, update customer information, and ensure accurate sales records
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and sales strategy

Skills

  • At least 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships or entry-level roles may be considered)
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to meet or exceed targets
