[Remote] Regional Sales Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pro-Active Engineering is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business across aerospace & defense, medical device and industrial markets. This role focuses on selling technical manufacturing services and building relationships with engineers and supply chain leaders to convert opportunities into business. The position involves managing a sales plan, pipeline, and collaborating with various stakeholders to align customer needs with company capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Hunt for new business across aerospace & defense, medical device, and industrial accounts
- Build and manage a regional sales plan, reputed company account list, pipeline, and forecast
- Open doors with engineering, supply chain, operations, and executive stakeholders
- Convert opportunities into RFQs, quotes, negotiations, and closed business
- Sell the full Pro-Active / Analog platform, not just one site or capability
- Maintain strong reputed company discipline and pipeline ownership
- Partner with engineering, design, production, operations, and marketing to align customer needs with company capabilities
- Travel reputed company the region to meet with prospects, customers, and strategic partners
Skills
- 5–7 years of sales experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, PCBA, technical manufacturing, or a reputed company industry
- Proven hunter with a track record of developing new accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling into aerospace & defense, medical device, industrial, or other technical end markets
- Strong technical credibility with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and other technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage RFQs, pipeline, forecasts, negotiations, and customer relationships with discipline
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, aerospace & defense, medical device, or industrial manufacturing
- Experience selling design-focused manufacturing services
- Experience selling into both technical and reputed company stakeholders
