[Remote] Controller & Director of reputed company

The Controller & Director of reputed company is responsible for overseeing the entire reputed company function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and the development of reputed company policies while managing the reputed company team to support the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage the reputed company department, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting functions

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness

• Coordinate and reputed company external audits and tax filings, working closely with auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate submissions

Skills

• CPA license required
